Apptivo is a CRM that has customization in its focus, and if you decide to use it, you should as well. The full scope of Apptivo is broad, maybe too wide for a newcomer. It has G-suite and Office integrations, which can automatically connect emails to your contact data—speaking of contact data, Apptivo stores a lot of it. Using their marketplace, you can customize which applications you want (if you want to track leads, opportunities, calendar, or others). Importing takes a little bit longer, which is probably because of the excessive mapping their software needs to do. To sum up, Apptivo does many things, but some need polishing.
